Are all stores authorized dealers?
No. The directory distinguishes Serta Gallery, Serta Authorized Dealer and Serta Retail Stockist. Each store has its own displayed and available models. All current entries are demo records.
Does “available” mean I can try it?
A model marked “on display” can be shortlisted for a trial. An available model may be orderable without being on display. Always confirm with the store before travelling.
Who fulfils my online order?
The intended service assigns orders to eligible local dealers using postcode territory, distance, available stock and dealer level. Dealers coordinate delivery, installation and customer service. This MVP simulates that process.
Can I pay or make a confirmed booking now?
No. Checkout and appointment requests are demonstrations. No money is charged, no appointment is reserved and no customer information is sent to a store.
How are delivery charges and timing determined?
The fulfilling dealer will confirm access requirements, stock, delivery area, installation and any fees before a live order is confirmed. The displayed demo total excludes unconfirmed service fees.
Can my business join the network?
Use the partner application to share your showroom, current brands, sales profile and preferred partnership format. In the live service, applications will be reviewed by the dealer-channel team.
